  1. Lead and manage the development, integration, and validation of steering systems for Tesla's electric vehicles.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, testing, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless integration of steering systems into vehicle platforms.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis and testing to ensure steering systems meet performance, safety, and quality standards.
  4. Develop and implement engineering solutions to improve steering system performance and functionality.
  5. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges related to steering system integration and work towards timely and effective resolutions.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and trends in steering system design and integration.
  7. Contribute to the development of new and innovative steering system technologies to enhance vehicle performance, efficiency, and customer experience.
  8. Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to project stakeholders, including management and cross-functional teams.
  9. Follow all safety protocols and adhere to quality standards throughout the steering system integration process.
  10. Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and team members.
  11. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve steering system integration.
  12. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to steering system integration.
  13. Maintain accurate documentation of all engineering processes and procedures.
  14. Support the development and implementation of new tools, processes, and techniques to streamline steering system integration.
  15. Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of steering system components.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Automotive Steering Systems Integration And Chassis Controls.

  • Proficient In Cad Software And Simulation Tools Such As Matlab And Simulink.

  • Strong Understanding Of Vehicle Dynamics, Chassis Design And Control Systems.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Innovative Environment.
