  1. Develop and implement data augmentation strategies to improve the accuracy and quality of data at Tesla.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on data augmentation initiatives.
  3. Lead and manage critical projects that support Tesla's mission towards sustainable energy.
  4. Utilize data analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive results.
  5. Monitor and report on the progress of data augmentation projects, identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support data augmentation efforts.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert on data augmentation best practices and provide guidance to team members.
  9. Evaluate and implement tools and technologies to streamline data augmentation processes.
  10. Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure the success of data augmentation projects.
  11. Communicate project updates and results to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  12. Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in data augmentation and program management.
  13. Contribute to the continuous improvement of data augmentation processes and protocols.
  14. Represent Tesla and its values in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Data Science, Computer Science, Or Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Or Project Management, Preferably In A Data-Driven Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Data Augmentation Techniques And Their Application In Various Data Sets.

  • Experience In Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Projects, With A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Results On Time And Within Budget.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
