  1. Develop and optimize foundry processes to support the production needs of the company.

  11. Participate in plant and equipment maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  12. Adhere to safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
  13. Contribute to the development of new products and processes to support the company's growth.
  14. Collaborate with management to set goals and objectives for the department.
  15. Provide regular updates on process improvements, challenges, and achievements to management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Process Engineering Within A Foundry Environment

  • Strong Understanding Of Metallurgy And Heat Treatment Processes

  • Experience With Designing And Implementing New Processes And Procedures

  • Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience With Continuous Improvement Initiatives
