  1. Conduct regular audits and reviews of company HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Stay up-to-date on changes in employment laws and regulations and provide guidance to HR and management teams on necessary updates to policies and procedures.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal and finance, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of compliance requirements and implementation strategies.
  4. Develop and deliver training programs for HR and management teams on compliance-related topics.
  5. Monitor and track compliance metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
  6. Investigate and resolve any compliance-related issues or concerns raised by employees or external entities.
  7. Manage employee data privacy and confidentiality in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory agencies to stay informed of any changes or updates in compliance requirements.
  9. Conduct risk assessments and implement proactive measures to mitigate potential compliance risks.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for HR and management teams on compliance-related matters.
  11. Collaborate with HR and management teams to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with the company's values and culture.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve upon existing compliance processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Communicate and promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior throughout the organization.
  14. Serve as a point of contact for external audits and ensure all necessary documentation and information is provided in a timely and accurate manner.
  15. Represent the company in compliance-related matters and maintain a positive and professional image at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Hr Compliance, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Technology Industry.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Federal And State Labor Laws, Including But Not Limited To Ada, Fmla, And Eeo.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Complex Data Related To Hr Compliance.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
