  1. Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top technical talent to Tesla.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team to understand the hiring needs and create job postings that accurately reflect the requirements and culture of the company.
  3. Utilize various sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  4. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  5. Act as a brand ambassador for Tesla, promoting our mission, values, and culture to potential candidates.
  6. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  7. Work closely with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements for each role and provide guidance on market trends and salary expectations.
  8. Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other recruiting partners.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting and make recommendations for process improvements.
  11. Partner with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
  12. Provide timely and accurate hiring updates to hiring managers and HR team.
  13. Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the Tesla brand and attract top talent.
  14. Continuously track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the success of recruiting efforts.
  15. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a diverse workforce at Tesla.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Technical Recruiting: A Sr. Technical Recruiter At Tesla Should Have A Strong Background In Technical Recruiting, With At Least 5 Years Of Experience In The Field. This Ensures They Have A Deep Understanding Of The Industry And Can Effectively Identify And Attract Top Talent.

  • Expertise In Sourcing And Recruiting For Engineering Roles: Tesla Is A Technology And Engineering Company, And As Such, A Sr. Technical Recruiter Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Sourcing And Recruiting For Engineering Roles. This Includes Understanding Technical Skills, Industry Trends, And The Ability To Assess Candidates' Technical Abilities.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Sr. Technical Recruiter, You Will Be Interacting With A Wide Range Of Candidates, Hiring Managers, And Other Stakeholders. Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Building Relationships, Understanding The Needs Of The Business, And Effectively Communicating With Candidates Throughout The Recruitment Process.

  • Proven Ability To Develop And Implement Recruitment Strategies: Tesla Is A Fast-Growing Company, And A Sr. Technical Recruiter Should Have Experience In Developing And Implementing Recruitment Strategies To Meet The Company's Hiring Needs. This May Include Leveraging Social Media, Attending Job Fairs, And Building Relationships With Universities And Other Organizations To Attract Top Talent.

  • Familiarity With Technical Recruiting Tools And Systems: Tesla Uses A Variety Of Recruitment Tools And Systems, Including Applicant Tracking Systems (Ats), Job Boards, And Sourcing Platforms. A Sr. Technical Recruiter Should Have Experience Using These Tools And Systems And Be Able To Quickly Learn And Adapt To New Technologies As Needed.
