We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior IT Compliance Analyst to join Tesla's IT Compliance Team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical and analytical skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. This role requires a deep understanding of the IT Compliance field, as well as an ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. The Senior IT Compliance Analyst should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be highly motivated, and have the ability to work independently.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline, and possess at least five years of experience in IT Compliance. Additionally, knowledge of US Government regulations and standards (e.g. NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, HIPAA, etc.), and relevant certification (e.g. CISA, CISSP, etc.) is highly desirable.
