  1. Conduct thorough and detailed testing of software systems to ensure functionality, reliability, and usability.
  2. Create and execute test plans and test cases to identify any defects or issues in the software.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and develop testing strategies.
  4. Develop and maintain automated testing scripts to increase efficiency and accuracy of testing.
  5. Identify and report bugs and issues found during testing, and work with the development team to resolve them.
  6. Continuously monitor and improve the quality of the software, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and new testing techniques to improve the overall testing process.
  8. Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality standards are met.
  9. Document and maintain test results, reports, and other relevant documentation.
  10. Work closely with project managers and product owners to prioritize tasks and deliver high-quality software within tight deadlines.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on software testing and quality assurance, providing guidance and support to other team members.
  12. Collaborate with other quality assurance engineers to develop and implement best practices and processes.
  13. Proactively identify potential risks and issues in the software and suggest preventive measures.
  14. Participate in the release process, ensuring that all quality standards are met before software is deployed.
  15. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and any issues that arise.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Software Quality Assurance, Preferably In Document Systems.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Software Testing Methods And Tools, Such As Selenium, Jira, And Automated Testing Frameworks.

  • Experience With Agile Methodology And Working In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Work In A Cross-Functional Team Environment.
