  1. Develop and maintain cutting-edge simulation software for Tesla's advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test new ADAS features and capabilities.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis and debugging of simulation software to ensure high quality and accuracy.
  4. Continuously optimize and improve simulation software to enhance performance and efficiency.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in ADAS simulation technology.
  6. Work closely with hardware engineers to integrate simulation software with physical components.
  7. Communicate and present findings and recommendations to team members and management.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs that arise during testing and development.
  9. Collaborate with other software engineers to ensure seamless integration of simulation software with other systems.
  10. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve overall code quality.
  11. Keep detailed documentation of all software development and changes.
  12. Identify and propose solutions for technical challenges and roadblocks.
  13. Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely and successful completion.
  14. Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  15. Contribute to the overall success and growth of Tesla's ADAS capabilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C++, Python, And Matlab.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.

  • Experience With Adas (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) Simulation Tools Such As Carsim, Prescan, Or Simulink.

  • Knowledge Of Automotive Industry Standards And Regulations, Particularly In The Area Of Adas.
