  1. Develop and execute simulation scenarios to test and improve Tesla's autonomous driving technology.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define simulation requirements and prioritize testing needs.
  3. Utilize engineering expertise to create realistic and accurate simulation environments.
  4. Continuously analyze and evaluate simulation results to identify potential areas for improvement.
  5. Design and implement innovative solutions to address complex simulation challenges.
  6. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability of simulation testing.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in simulation technology.
  8. Communicate simulation findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
  9. Proactively identify potential issues and provide timely solutions to ensure smooth operation of simulation testing.
  10. Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance simulation processes and methodologies.
  11. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources for simulation testing.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to team members.
  13. Participate in the development and implementation of new simulation tools and techniques.
  14. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while conducting simulation testing.
  15. Keep accurate records and documentation of simulation testing processes and results.
  16. Embrace a fast-paced and dynamic work environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and demands.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Proficiency In Simulation Software Such As Ansys, Matlab, Or Simulink.

  • Experience With Developing And Executing Simulation Scenarios For Autonomous Vehicles Or Electric Vehicle Systems.

  • Strong Understanding Of Vehicle Dynamics, Control Systems, And Electrical Systems.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Develop Innovative Solutions.
