  1. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing customer concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshoot technical issues with Tesla vehicles and products.
  3. Conduct repairs and maintenance on Tesla vehicles and products, following company procedures and safety protocols.
  4. Continuously stay updated on new technology and product updates to effectively assist customers.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all service and repair activities.
  6. Communicate with customers to keep them informed of repair status and provide recommendations for future maintenance.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  8. Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while working on Tesla vehicles and products.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for Tesla by demonstrating a deep understanding and passion for the company's mission and values.
  10. Attend training and development sessions to enhance technical skills and stay current on industry trends.
  11. Travel to customer locations as needed to provide on-site service and support.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure a professional and efficient service experience for customers.
  13. Proactively identify potential issues and provide timely solutions to prevent further technical problems.
  14. Collaborate with other departments to provide feedback and suggestions for product improvement.
  15. Follow all company policies and procedures and uphold the highest level of integrity and professionalism at all times.
