Job Description

Are you passionate about electric vehicles and making sure customers receive the best service possible? If so, then Tesla is looking for a Service Supervisor to join our team! We’re seeking an individual who is highly motivated, organized and proficient in providing exceptional customer service.The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising our service team, overseeing customer service operations, troubleshooting technical problems and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who is able to work independently and as part of a team.To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills. You must also be able to prioritize work and multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a leader who can motivate and foster a positive working environment.The following qualifications are required:• A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a customer service role• Advanced knowledge of electric vehicle maintenance and repair• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems quickly and effectively• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service• Ability to develop and implement effective customer service strategiesIf you have the qualifications and passion to join the Tesla team and make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
