  1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Act as a liaison between customers and service technicians to ensure efficient and timely service.
  3. Conduct vehicle walkarounds and accurately document service needs.
  4. Provide customers with detailed information about service options and associated costs.
  5. Schedule and coordinate service appointments to meet customer needs.
  6. Communicate updates and progress of service to customers.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and concerns, providing excellent customer service at all times.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and service transactions.
  9. Collaborate with service technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair of vehicles.
  10. Educate customers on Tesla products, services, and company policies.
  11. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in sustainable transportation.
  12. Utilize Tesla’s advanced technology to efficiently manage customer appointments and records.

Job Qualifications
  • Automotive Industry Knowledge And Experience: A Service Advisor At Tesla's Ridgepoint Location Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Automotive Industry, Including Trends, Technology, And Best Practices. Previous Experience Working In A Dealership Or Service Center Is Highly Preferred.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Service Advisor, You Will Be The Primary Point Of Contact For Customers, So It Is Essential To Have Excellent Communication Skills. This Includes Both Verbal And Written Communication, As Well As Strong Interpersonal Skills.

  • Customer Service Experience: Tesla Prides Itself On Providing Exceptional Customer Service, And The Service Advisor Plays A Crucial Role In Maintaining That Standard. Candidates Should Have Previous Experience In A Customer-Facing Role And Possess A Customer-Centric Mindset.
