  1. Lead the design and development of innovative user experiences for Tesla's Vision Automation technology in the automotive industry.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user-centric design solutions that meet business goals and user needs.
  3. Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
  4. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs that effectively communicate design concepts and functionality.
  5. Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies to continuously improve and innovate the user experience.
  6. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers on the team.
  7. Communicate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders and gather feedback for iteration.
  8. Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
  9. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to inform design improvements.
  10. Collaborate with product managers to define product strategy and roadmap.
  11. Ensure design consistency and maintain a strong visual and interaction design language across all products.
  12. Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality designs within tight deadlines.
  13. Continuously gather and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive enhancements to the user experience.
  14. Act as an ambassador for user-centric design principles and advocate for the user throughout the design process.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In User Experience Design, With A Focus On Automation Or Artificial Intelligence.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Executing User Experience Design Projects, From Conception To Implementation.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Trends In User Experience Design, With A Strong Understanding Of How To Apply Them In The Context Of Automotive Technology.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Design Solutions To Stakeholders At All Levels.
