  9. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team to drive continuous improvement and achieve project goals.
  10. Communicate project updates and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
  11. Ensure all vision systems meet Tesla's high standards for quality, reliability, and safety.
  12. Mentor and develop team members, providing opportunities for growth and career advancement.
  13. Act as a representative of Tesla and promote the company's mission and values in all interactions.
