- Collaborate with cell engineering teams to drive continuous improvement in cell design and manufacturing processes.
- Analyze and interpret data from reliability tests and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.

- Lead and mentor junior reliability engineers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of projects.
- Work closely with other teams, such as design, manufacturing, and quality, to ensure reliability requirements are met.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on reliability considerations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for reliability testing procedures and results.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure their processes and components meet Tesla's reliability standards.

- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements related to reliability testing.

Extensive Experience In Reliability Engineering: A Senior Reliability Engineer At Tesla Should Have A Strong Background In Reliability Engineering, Including Designing And Implementing Reliability Tests, Analyzing Data, And Identifying Areas For Improvement.
