  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive real estate strategy in line with Tesla's mission and goals.
  2. Identify and secure potential locations for new Tesla facilities, including retail stores, service centers, and charging stations.
  3. Negotiate lease agreements and oversee the acquisition, development, and management of Tesla's real estate portfolio.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure real estate projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards.
  5. Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to inform decision-making and mitigate risks.
  6. Lead and manage a team of real estate professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with landlords, brokers, and other real estate partners.
  8. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to real estate transactions.
  9. Work closely with the finance department to develop and manage real estate budgets and forecasts.
  10. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess property conditions and identify areas for improvement.
  11. Develop and maintain a network of real estate professionals to support Tesla's expansion plans.
  12. Represent Tesla in all real estate-related matters, both internally and externally.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all real estate transactions and documents.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve real estate processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Tesla, promoting our mission and values in all interactions.
