Senior Paralegal, Intellectual Property

Tesla is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Paralegal to join our Intellectual Property (IP) team. In this role, you will provide legal support and guidance on IP matters, including review and analysis of client documents and assisting with the management of worldwide trademark, copyright, and patent portfolios. Our ideal candidate has a strong interest in intellectual property, is highly organized and detail-oriented, and is an excellent communicator.The successful candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience working with IP, preferably in the technology industry. You must possess a deep understanding of IP law and the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex legal issues. You should be comfortable managing multiple tasks concurrently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
