- Develop and implement IT audit policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas of vulnerability in Tesla's internal IT systems.
- Lead and manage a team of IT audit professionals to perform audits and reviews of IT systems, processes, and controls.
- Coordinate with other departments and teams to gather information and conduct interviews for audit purposes.
- Analyze and interpret audit findings to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for corrective action.
- Monitor and track the implementation of audit recommendations and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in IT audit to continuously improve Tesla's internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT policies and procedures that align with Tesla's business goals and objectives.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management and the Audit Committee on the results of IT audits.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on IT audit matters and provide guidance and support to other departments and teams.
- Maintain strong working relationships with external auditors and regulatory agencies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Tesla's IT audit processes.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to develop their skills and expertise in IT audit.
- Represent Tesla in a professional and ethical manner at all times and uphold the company's values and standards.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In It Internal Audit, Preferably In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
Extensive Knowledge Of It Audit Principles, Methodologies, And Best Practices, Including Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Compliance Requirements.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team Of It Auditors, With Strong Leadership And Communication Skills.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Risk-Based Audit Plans, Including Identifying And Assessing Potential It Audit Risks And Designing Appropriate Audit Procedures.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Information Systems, Computer Science, Or A Related Field, With Relevant Professional Certifications Such As Cisa, Cissp, Or Crisc.
