  1. Develop and implement IT audit policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  2. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas of vulnerability in Tesla's internal IT systems.
  3. Lead and manage a team of IT audit professionals to perform audits and reviews of IT systems, processes, and controls.
  4. Coordinate with other departments and teams to gather information and conduct interviews for audit purposes.
  5. Analyze and interpret audit findings to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for corrective action.
  6. Monitor and track the implementation of audit recommendations and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in IT audit to continuously improve Tesla's internal controls.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT policies and procedures that align with Tesla's business goals and objectives.
  9. Prepare and present reports to senior management and the Audit Committee on the results of IT audits.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on IT audit matters and provide guidance and support to other departments and teams.
  11. Maintain strong working relationships with external auditors and regulatory agencies.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Tesla's IT audit processes.
  13. Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to develop their skills and expertise in IT audit.
  14. Represent Tesla in a professional and ethical manner at all times and uphold the company's values and standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In It Internal Audit, Preferably In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of It Audit Principles, Methodologies, And Best Practices, Including Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Compliance Requirements.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team Of It Auditors, With Strong Leadership And Communication Skills.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Risk-Based Audit Plans, Including Identifying And Assessing Potential It Audit Risks And Designing Appropriate Audit Procedures.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Information Systems, Computer Science, Or A Related Field, With Relevant Professional Certifications Such As Cisa, Cissp, Or Crisc.
