- Develop and maintain job descriptions, salary structures, and pay grades for all positions within the organization
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation-related matters, including job offers, promotions, and salary adjustments
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing compensation programs and make recommendations for improvements
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
