- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with fleet and business clients, understanding their unique needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and revenue growth within the fleet and business division.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Tesla, promoting the company's mission and values to clients.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability for Tesla.
- Train and mentor junior account managers to achieve their sales goals and develop their skills.
- Continuously analyze and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in managing client accounts.
- Represent Tesla at industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Managing Large Corporate Accounts And Achieving Sales Targets.
Strong Understanding Of The Fleet And Business Market, Including Knowledge Of Industry Trends, Competitors, And Customer Needs.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Decision Makers.
Experience In Developing And Executing Strategic Sales Plans, Including Identifying New Business Opportunities And Driving Growth Within Existing Accounts.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field. Mba Or Other Advanced Degree Preferred.
