  1. Develop and implement cutting-edge reinforcement learning algorithms to improve the decision-making capabilities of our autonomous vehicles.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  3. Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in reinforcement learning and machine learning.
  4. Analyze and evaluate the performance of existing reinforcement learning models and propose ways to optimize and improve them.
  5. Design, develop, and maintain software code for reinforcement learning systems.
  6. Work closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data used for training reinforcement learning models.
  7. Troubleshoot and debug issues related to reinforcement learning models and systems.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to reinforcement learning and apply them to improve our systems.
  9. Communicate complex technical concepts and ideas to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on reinforcement learning and provide guidance and mentorship to other team members.
  11. Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in all aspects of reinforcement learning development and implementation.
  12. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of reinforcement learning models and propose enhancements and adjustments as needed.
  13. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to your team members.
  14. Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and collaborative team culture at Tesla.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Mathematics, Or Related Field.

  • Extensive Experience In Reinforcement Learning Algorithms And Techniques, Including Policy Gradient Methods And Deep Q-Learning.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Python, C++, And/Or Java.

  • Strong Understanding Of Robotics And Control Systems.

  • Prior Experience In Developing And Deploying Reinforcement Learning Solutions In Real-World Scenarios.
