  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies for workplace-related goods and services in the designated region.
  2. Source and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts and pricing, and manage vendor relationships.
  3. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
  4. Monitor market trends and conduct cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and anticipate procurement needs.
  6. Oversee the entire procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient procurement of goods and services.
  7. Manage and maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
  8. Conduct regular performance reviews of suppliers and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Stay updated on industry best practices and implement innovative procurement solutions to optimize processes.
  10. Train and mentor junior procurement team members.
  11. Maintain a strong commitment to sustainability and seek out environmentally-friendly procurement options.
  12. Represent Tesla in a professional and ethical manner in all interactions with suppliers and stakeholders.
  13. Adhere to budgetary constraints and make strategic decisions to achieve cost savings.
  14. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure procurement needs are met.
  15. Continuously monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to procurement activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management, Preferably In A Regional Or Global Capacity.

  • Strong Negotiation Skills And Experience Sourcing And Managing Supplier Relationships.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Cost Savings And Operational Efficiencies Within A Procurement Organization.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Manage A Team.
