  9. Document and communicate technical findings and results to stakeholders.
  10. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to streamline signal processing development and implementation.
  11. Contribute to the overall direction and strategy of Tesla's radar technology.
  12. Adhere to all safety and quality standards in the development and testing of signal processing algorithms.
  13. Mentor and train junior engineers on signal processing techniques and best practices.
  14. Represent Tesla at industry events and conferences to showcase our radar technology.
  15. Embrace and promote Tesla's mission and values in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Radar Signal Processing, Preferably In The Automotive Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Radar Principles And Signal Processing Algorithms

  • Proficient In Programming Languages Such As C++, Python, And Matlab

  • Experience With Radar Simulation Tools And Software, Such As Mathworks Automotive Radar Toolbox Or Ni Awr Design Environment.
