Quality Engineer
Develop manufacturing requirements, quality standards, and product quality plans to ensure products will meet expectations of our target customers. Lead development of PFMEAs, control plans, and test/inspection procedures to identify and eliminate risks associated with our products and processes. Drive cross-functional problem solving teams to drive process and product improvements, and facilitate issue resolution including root cause investigations and the development, implementation, and validation of effective corrective and preventive actions. Support production operations to achieve both production and quality KPIs. The Quality Engineer is responsible for all incoming, inline, and outgoing quality for their manufacturing areas.
