  1. Develop and execute strategies for expanding the Supercharger network, in line with Tesla's mission and goals.
  2. Identify potential locations for Supercharger stations and conduct thorough feasibility studies to ensure optimal placement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and regulatory departments, to drive projects forward and ensure timely completion.
  4. Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure efficient and cost-effective implementation of Supercharger stations.
  5. Stay updated on the latest advancements in renewable energy systems and integrate them into Supercharger projects where applicable.
  6. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  7. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, local government officials, and utility companies, to facilitate project development and resolve any issues that may arise.
  8. Provide regular reports and updates on project progress to senior management and make recommendations for improvements.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and permits for Supercharger projects.
  10. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of existing Supercharger stations and make recommendations for enhancements or upgrades as needed.
