1. Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for ongoing product liability cases.
2. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and other court filings.
3. Organize and maintain case files and documents in electronic and physical formats.
4. Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and other legal proceedings for the team.
5. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
6. Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, including organizing exhibits and witness lists.
7. Review and summarize depositions, documents, and other evidence.
8. Assist with case investigations, including conducting interviews and gathering evidence.
9. Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
10. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal procedures related to product liability.
11. Participate in team meetings and provide input and suggestions for improving legal processes.
12. Collaborate with other departments within Tesla to gather information and support legal strategies.
13. Manage and maintain legal databases and electronic filing systems.
14. Perform other administrative tasks and support duties as needed.
