Support all aspects and stages of real estate transactions including lease drafting and negotiations with landlords. Under the supervision of RE attorneys, assist with the preparation, review, editing and negotiation of legal documentation. Under the supervision of attorneys , review mechanics liens and prepare correspondence to Landlord. Follow up internally, as necessary, to facilitate removal of lien. Collect and distribute lease information, including redacted leases, to internal team, as requested. Coordinate with risk management and insurance brokers regarding insurance questions and COIs. Develop internal relationships with resources within Tesla and outside the Company.
