MEP Drafter/Designer

This person will be responsible for developing detailed MEP drawings in accordance with our CAD/BIM Standards and industry wide detailing practices. Responsible for preparing permit and construction drawings for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, process drawings. Participate in all project phases, including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents and production. Knowledge and experience with one of MEP disciplines is plus. Collaborate with design team, construction team, consultants, contractors. Field verify site condition prior to detail design and permit and construction drawing issuance. Evaluate design scopes and documents for constructability.
