  1. Oversee all aspects of MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction projects for Tesla's manufacturing facilities, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  2. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  3. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure MEP systems are integrated seamlessly into the overall construction plan.
  4. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and adherence to project specifications.
  5. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify and resolve any issues or conflicts, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  6. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, internal teams, and external partners, to provide project updates and address any concerns or challenges.
  7. Conduct regular budget and cost analysis, and implement cost-saving measures wherever possible.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local government officials, contractors, and suppliers.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulations related to MEP construction, and make recommendations for improvement or optimization.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills.
  11. Represent Tesla's commitment to sustainability and innovation in all aspects of the job, and actively seek out opportunities to incorporate new technologies and processes into projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Managing Mep Construction Projects, Preferably In The Automotive Or Technology Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Mep Systems, Including Electrical, Mechanical, And Plumbing.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Risk Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Abilities, With The Ability To Manage And Coordinate Teams Of Subcontractors And Vendors.
