  1. Design and develop test systems for electric vehicles and renewable energy solutions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop test strategies.
  3. Create and implement test plans and procedures to validate product performance and functionality.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with test systems, including hardware and software.
  5. Conduct thorough testing and analysis of products to identify and report any defects or issues.
  6. Ensure that test systems are accurate, reliable, and meet industry standards.
  7. Continuously improve and optimize test systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Document all test procedures, results, and findings for future reference and analysis.
  9. Stay updated on the latest advancements in mechatronics, automation, and testing to enhance test systems.
  10. Train and mentor junior engineers on mechatronics, automation, and testing techniques.
  11. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source necessary components and equipment for test systems.
  12. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working with test systems and equipment.
  13. Participate in meetings, presentations, and discussions to provide updates on test systems and progress.
  14. Support production and manufacturing teams with troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to test systems.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to Tesla's mission and values while performing all job duties.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical, Electrical, Or Mechatronics Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Test Systems Engineering, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Experience With Mechatronic Systems, Including Motors, Sensors, And Control Systems.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Python, C++, Or Labview.

  • Familiarity With Automotive Testing Standards And Regulations, Such As Iso 26262.
