Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Battery Engineering Or Related Field.
Proficiency In Cad Software, Such As Solidworks Or Autocad, For Designing And Modeling Battery Components.
Strong Understanding Of Battery Technology, Including Lithium-Ion Chemistry And Battery Management Systems.
Experience With Product Development Processes, From Concept To Production, And Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
