  10. Mentor and train junior engineers and interns, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  11. Communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations to team members and management through written reports and presentations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Materials Science And Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Proficiency In Materials Characterization Techniques, Such As Sem, Tem, Xrd, And Xrf.

  • Strong Understanding Of Electrochemistry And Experience With Cell Cathode Development.

  • Knowledge Of Battery Materials And Their Properties, Including Lithium-Ion Battery Chemistries.

  • Experience With Design Of Experiments (Doe) And Statistical Analysis For Process Optimization.
