  1. Assemble battery packs according to company standards and specifications.
  2. Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed to maintain smooth production flow.

  4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient production.
  5. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
  6. Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.

  8. Train new team members on manufacturing processes and procedures.
  9. Communicate any production issues or delays to supervisors in a timely manner.

  • Experience With Automotive Assembly: Tesla's Manufacturing Technicians Should Have Experience With Automotive Assembly, Preferably With Electric Vehicles, To Ensure A Smooth And Efficient Production Process.

  • Proficiency In Technical Skills: To Excel In This Role, Candidates Should Possess Technical Skills Such As Reading And Interpreting Technical Diagrams, Using Hand And Power Tools, And Troubleshooting Equipment Issues.
