  1. Develop and implement efficient and cost-effective manufacturing processes for cutting-edge energy products.
  2. Design and optimize production workflows to increase efficiency and productivity.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new products and processes.
  4. Analyze and troubleshoot production issues, identifying and implementing solutions to improve product quality and reduce waste.
  5. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to drive continuous improvement.
  7. Research and recommend new technologies and methods to improve manufacturing processes.
  8. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all manufacturing processes.
  9. Train and mentor production staff on new processes and technologies.
  10. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  11. Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve processes.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in sustainable energy to inform decision-making.
  13. Participate in new product development projects, providing input on design for manufacturability.
  14. Lead cost reduction efforts by identifying areas for efficiency improvements and implementing cost-saving measures.
  15. Communicate and coordinate effectively with team members, management, and other departments to ensure smooth production operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Engineering Role

  • Experience With Lean Manufacturing Principles And Continuous Improvement Methodologies
