Coordinate the production (translate, review and implementation) of translations for web content and other digital products, e.g. Mobile app, Tesla Account, E-mails. Identify and fix linguistic and market specific issues before launch. Respond to translators’ inquiries and provide instructions and visual context if needed. Work with external localization vendors to manage translation schedules and quality. Develop and maintain key relationships with cross-functional teams (local markets, Tech Pubs, Firmware, Legal, etc.) and regularly communicate with them to align and calibrate language, style and terminology. Create and maintain linguistic assets (TMs, glossaries, style guides, reference material). Support in continuously improving the localization process and provide necessary training to internal and external key stakeholders.
