You will work closely with our in-house legal team and outside counsel to provide support in all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution.   1. Provide support to the in-house legal team and outside counsel in all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution.
  2. Conduct extensive legal research and analysis to assist in case preparation.
  3. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  4. Manage and organize case files and documents, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  5. Assist in the preparation of witnesses for depositions and court appearances.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for handling complex legal matters.
  7. Review and summarize legal documents and reports for attorneys and other team members.
  8. Attend and assist in court proceedings and hearings.
  9. Maintain a thorough understanding of current laws and regulations related to the automotive industry.
  10. Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including company executives, other legal team members, and outside counsel.
  11. Participate in case management meetings and provide updates on case progress.
  12. Identify potential legal risks and provide recommendations for mitigating those risks.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including judges, court personnel, and opposing counsel.
  14. Handle administrative tasks related to litigation, such as scheduling, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing expenses.
  15. Stay current on industry and legal trends and developments, and proactively identify potential implications for the company.
  16. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as ethical and professional standards in all job-related activities.
  17. Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  18. Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  19. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  20. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Law Or Related Field: A Litigation Practice Specialist At Tesla Should Possess A Strong Academic Background In Law Or A Related Field To Have A Thorough Understanding Of Legal Principles And Procedures.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Litigation Support: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3 Years Of Experience In A Litigation Support Role, Preferably At A Law Firm Or In-House Legal Department.

  • Knowledge Of Legal Document Management And E-Discovery Software: Tesla Utilizes Various Legal Document Management And E-Discovery Software, So The Candidate Should Have Experience And Proficiency In Using These Tools.

  • Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills: As A Litigation Practice Specialist, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Cases And Documents, So Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills Are Essential.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Attorneys, Clients, And Other Team Members.
