  1. Perform high-quality and efficient electrical installations for residential customers using Tesla's products and systems.
  2. Conduct thorough and accurate site assessments to determine the most suitable location for installation.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during installations.
  4. Ensure all installations meet Tesla's standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.
  5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and answering any questions or concerns.
  6. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve installation processes and techniques.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and new technologies to ensure efficient and effective installations.
  8. Adhere to all relevant safety protocols and regulations.
  9. Maintain proper documentation and records of installations.
  10. Represent Tesla's commitment to sustainability and clean energy by promoting and educating customers on the benefits of our products.
  11. Train and mentor junior electricians to improve their technical skills and knowledge.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for Tesla, promoting our values and mission to customers and the public.
  13. Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times, reflecting Tesla's core values.
  14. Keep track of inventory and ensure all necessary equipment and materials are available for installations.
  15. Collaborate with other departments within Tesla to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Job Qualifications

  • Valid Journeyman Electrician License: The First And Most Important Qualification For A Licensed Electrician At Tesla Would Be A Valid Journeyman Electrician License. This Ensures That The Individual Has Completed The Necessary Training And Has The Knowledge And Skills To Perform Electrical Work Safely And Effectively.

  • Experience In Residential Energy Services: Tesla Primarily Focuses On Residential Energy Services, Such As Solar Panel Installation And Home Battery Systems. Therefore, Having Experience In This Specific Area Would Be A Valuable Qualification For A Licensed Electrician At Tesla.

  • Proficiency In Electrical Systems And Codes: As A Licensed Electrician At Tesla, The Individual Would Be Responsible For Installing And Maintaining Electrical Systems In Homes. This Requires A Strong Understanding Of Electrical Systems And Local Building Codes To Ensure Compliance And Safety.

  • Ability To Work With Advanced Technology: Tesla's Residential Energy Services Incorporate Advanced Technology, Such As Solar Panels, Powerwalls, And Other Energy Management Systems. A Licensed Electrician At Tesla Should Have The Skills And Knowledge To Work With These Technologies And Troubleshoot Any Issues That May Arise.

  • Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills: In Addition To Technical Skills, A Licensed Electrician At Tesla Should Also Have Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills.
