  1. Assist the government relations team in monitoring and analyzing legislative and regulatory developments at the local, state, and federal levels.
  2. Conduct research and prepare briefs on key policy issues related to sustainable energy and the transportation industry.
  3. Attend meetings with government officials and stakeholders to represent Tesla's interests and gather information.
  4. Support the development and implementation of government affairs strategies to advance Tesla's goals and objectives.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and information for government affairs initiatives.
  6. Assist in preparing and submitting government filings, reports, and documents.
  7. Help maintain and update databases of government contacts and tracking information.
  8. Support the planning and execution of events and meetings with government officials.
  9. Participate in internal meetings and provide insights and recommendations on government affairs and operations.
  10. Contribute to the creation and distribution of communications materials related to government affairs, including press releases, fact sheets, and talking points.
  11. Conduct follow-up and provide status updates on government affairs projects and initiatives.
  12. Assist in managing relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and advocacy groups.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and communications.
  14. Embody Tesla's mission and values and promote our commitment to sustainable energy in all aspects of the internship.
