Instructional Designer, Manufacturing Training

Design and develop engaging content for blended and asynchronous training, with input from leadership, Training Coordinators, and subject matter experts. Develop and maintain master scripts of presentation material, including production task references and governing documentation. Film, edit, and prepare training videos, as appropriate. Design and develop materials to support hands-on training activities. Design and develop targeted assessments for trainees, with input from leadership, Training Coordinators, and subject matter experts. Revise and edit/prepare all training material, based on course feedback and input from leadership, Training Coordinators, and subject matter experts. This is a unique opportunity to help build a world-class manufacturing training program from the ground up. You will also work with Training Coordinators to develop just-in-time change management training for existing production personnel, including lineside leadership.
