- Develop and implement innovative and sustainable solutions for Tesla's Collision Center operations.
- Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of current collision repair processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize industrial engineering principles to streamline processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes and procedures.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high quality standards.
- Conduct time studies and establish production standards to ensure optimal productivity.
- Lead and train team members on new processes and procedures.

- Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise in the collision repair process.

Bachelor's Degree In Industrial Engineering Or Related Field.
Previous Experience In A Collision Center Or Automotive Manufacturing Environment.
Proficiency In Cad Software And Other Engineering Tools.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Analyze Data.
