IAM Engineer, IT Infrastructure Engineering

7. Provide technical support and guidance to other teams within the company on IAM related issues.
8. Conduct regular audits and assessments of IAM systems to identify and address any security gaps or weaknesses.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to IAM systems.
10. Document all processes and procedures related to IAM for reference and future training purposes.
11. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging IAM technologies to continuously improve Tesla's security posture.
12. Train and educate employees on IAM policies and procedures.
13. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to implement and maintain secure IAM solutions.
14. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to any security incidents or breaches, ensuring a quick and effective resolution.
15. Continuously evaluate and improve the IAM system to meet changing security needs and requirements.
