- Provide strategic HR guidance to production department to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Collaborate with HR Manager to develop and implement HR programs that align with company goals and values.
- Act as a liaison between production department and HR team, addressing any HR-related issues or concerns.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to production employees.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes for production department, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce.
- Facilitate training and development initiatives for production employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, performance, and training.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Conduct investigations and resolve conflicts within the production department.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Act as a champion for company culture and values, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives and projects.
- Provide support and guidance to production managers and supervisors on HR-related matters.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Labor Laws, Compliance, And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Employees At All Levels.
