  1. Develop and implement global supply chain strategies to support the company's Powertrain & Energy CapEx goals and objectives.
  2. Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and services.
  3. Analyze market trends and negotiate contracts to secure the best pricing and terms for the company.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address supply chain issues and develop solutions for operational efficiency.
  5. Continuously monitor and improve supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  6. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report on supplier performance.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends to make informed decisions and identify potential risks.
  8. Lead supplier selection and evaluation processes to ensure compliance with company standards and values.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their supply chain needs and priorities.
  10. Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, including senior management, to provide updates on supply chain performance and initiatives.
  11. Manage and resolve any supply chain disruptions or issues in a timely and effective manner.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all supply chain activities.
  13. Develop and manage supply chain budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  14. Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing supply chain team.
  15. Embrace and promote Tesla's mission and values of innovation and sustainability.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Automotive Or Energy Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Powertrain And Energy Capex Procurement Processes, Including Sourcing, Negotiation, And Supplier Management.

  • Experience In Managing Global Supply Chain Operations, Including Supply Chain Risk Management And Logistics.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
