  1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to commercial clients, ensuring their satisfaction with Tesla's products and services.
  2. Conduct on-site visits and inspections to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Tesla's energy products.
  3. Maintain a high level of knowledge and proficiency in Tesla's energy products and services.
  4. Promote the use of renewable energy and educate clients on the benefits and advantages of sustainable energy sources.
  5. Collaborate with the Commercial team to identify and implement solutions to improve product efficiency and customer experience.
  6. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while working on client sites.
  7. Document and report all service activities, including diagnoses, repairs, and maintenance, accurately and in a timely manner.
  8. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
  9. Represent Tesla in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and code of conduct.
  12. Travel to various locations as needed for on-site visits and installations.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Tesla, promoting the company's mission and values to clients and the public.
  14. Collaborate with other departments within Tesla to provide efficient and effective service to clients.
  15. Maintain a proactive approach to identifying potential issues and providing solutions to prevent future problems.
