- Diagnose and troubleshoot facility issues, and perform necessary repairs and maintenance in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance services.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of necessary supplies and equipment for facility maintenance.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
