  1. Oversee and manage the maintenance and repair of all equipment used in the battery cell assembly process.
  2. Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  3. Train and supervise a team of equipment maintenance technicians to ensure they are properly trained and equipped to handle any maintenance issues.
  4. Collaborate with other departments, such as production and engineering, to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the equipment.
  5. Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify potential issues and proactively address them before they become major problems.
  6. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  7. Develop and implement standard operating procedures for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
  8. Research and recommend new equipment or technology that could improve efficiency or sustainability of the battery cell assembly process.
  9. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols while performing maintenance activities.
  10. Communicate regularly with management and provide updates on equipment status, maintenance schedules, and any issues or concerns.
  11. Manage and monitor equipment maintenance budget and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements in equipment maintenance techniques and technologies.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency within the equipment maintenance team.
