  1. Conduct homologation and range testing for Tesla vehicles to ensure they meet all necessary regulatory requirements.

  4. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all testing procedures.

  11. Participate in cross-functional team meetings and discussions to provide insights and expertise.
  12. Stay informed on the latest advancements and developments in the automotive industry.
  13. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering department.
  14. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures during testing.
  15. Train and mentor junior engineering technicians as needed.
