  1. Conduct homologation and range testing for Tesla vehicles to ensure they meet all necessary regulatory requirements.
  2. Collect and analyze data from testing to identify any issues or areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with other members of the engineering department to develop solutions for any identified issues.
  4. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all testing procedures.
  5. Communicate test results and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

  7. Identify and implement ways to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Work closely with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.
  9. Keep accurate records of all testing procedures and results.
  10. Contribute to the development and improvement of testing protocols and procedures.
  11. Participate in cross-functional team meetings and discussions to provide insights and expertise.
  12. Stay informed on the latest advancements and developments in the automotive industry.
  13. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering department.
  14. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures during testing.
  15. Train and mentor junior engineering technicians as needed.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Automotive Engineering Principles: As An Engineering Technician At Tesla, You Will Be Responsible For Conducting Homologation And Range Testing On Our Vehicles.
