Engineering Technician - Cell Prototyping
We are looking for an Engineering Technician to assist development and prototyping of lithium ion cells. The candidates should be familiar with lithium ion cell chemistry and manufacturing processes. Electrode manufacturing including coating, pressing, slitting and winding. Assembly of a variety of lithium ion cell prototypes including coin cell, pouch cell and cylindrical cell. Document build data with the use of travelers and process documents. Assist in the optimization of process parameters to improve performance, quality and yield. Cell testing and building of cell test fixtures. Mechanical support and troubleshooting of cell manufacturing equipment.
Experience of working in dry and clean room
Experience with air-sensitive material and hazardous chemicals
Experience in cell manufacturing line and roll to roll process is highly preferred
