  • Design and develop innovative and sustainable electronic solutions for Tesla's drive inverters
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of electronic components into vehicle systems
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and implement new technologies and designs
  • Lead the design process from concept to production, ensuring all specifications and requirements are met
  • Utilize knowledge of electronic design principles, such as power electronics, analog and digital circuits, and electromagnetic compatibility, to create high-quality and efficient designs
  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure the reliability and functionality of electronic components
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electronic design to continuously improve and enhance Tesla's products
  • Work closely with suppliers to source and evaluate electronic components for cost, quality, and performance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any electronic design issues that may arise during the development process
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure the successful production of electronic components and systems
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports of design processes, test results, and project progress
  • Continuously strive to push the boundaries and bring new ideas and concepts to the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Electronics Design, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Power Electronics And Inverter Design.

  • Proficiency In Cad Software And Experience With Pcb Layout And Design.

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Iso 26262 And Iec 61508.
