  1. Conduct thorough testing and validation of drive inverters to ensure their reliability and performance meets Tesla's high standards.
  2. Develop and implement testing plans and procedures to evaluate the electrical reliability of drive inverters.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential issues and implement solutions for improving the reliability of drive inverters.
  4. Monitor and analyze test data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement in drive inverter design.
  5. Continuously improve and optimize testing processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  6. Communicate test results and recommendations to relevant stakeholders, including engineering teams and management.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in reliability testing methods and incorporate them into Tesla's testing processes.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies identified during testing.
  9. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing procedures and results.
  10. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the reliability of components used in the drive inverter.
  11. Contribute to the development and validation of new electrical systems and components for Tesla vehicles.
  12. Mentor and train junior engineers on reliability testing methods and procedures.
  13. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while conducting tests.
  14. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve overall vehicle reliability and performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Testing And Troubleshooting Electrical Systems, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Drive Inverters, Motor Control Systems, And Electric Vehicle Components.

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations For Reliability Testing, Such As Iso 16750 And Mil-Std-810.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment.
